So I had some problems starting my car today. It wouldn't turn over. At first I thought it was just a standard dead battery, until I realized, hey, the radio works. In fact, all the electrical accessories worked just fine. But the darn thing just wouldn't start, it wouldn't even try to turn over.

Anyways, eventually it just started. So I guess something is wrong somewhat. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

 

check the battery terminals first. if you can move one, it's not tight enough and can cause this issue (along with reduced or no charging).

now for other questions. when you say it wouldn't turn over, do you mean it would try to start but not fire or it would just click and do nothing?
